Pays member's property insurance deductible up to 1% of the Insured Property Value. Not to exceed $7,500 maximum per claim.
Unlimited claims per annual contract term
Must use a Tru-Gap Preferred Provider
Excludes Liability, Theft, Flood without flood policy, Mold without mold coverage, Terrorism/War, Personal Property, and other non-property damage claims
Minimum of $5,000 in damage per claim
Must have Replacement Cost Value on insurance policy
All repairs must be completed before Tru-Gap pays out-of-pocket expenses
Plan coverage begins on the the day of the plans approval from corporate and with payment in full
Tru-Gap Protection is not an insurance policy, but works in conjunction with an insurance policy.
Process:
What to do when a claim occurs:
In the event you have water damage, call Clayton Anderson Restoration (CAR) immediately to stop damage and begin water extraction. Clayton Anderson Restoration 817-477-9494
In the event of a Fire, call 911, followed by your insurance agent and then Tru-Gap
In the event of wind or hail call Tru-Gap to make them aware of your damage, followed by your insurance agent to start claim.
Once your insurance adjuster has assessed the damage and you have your claim paperwork, call Tru-Gap and they will get in touch with Clayton Anderson Restoration to begin repairs to your property.
Clayton Anderson Restoration completes the repairs to your property.
Tru-Gap will pay the out-of-pocket expenses as contracted and agreed upon for in-network members.
