Program Details:
- Covers Approved insurance claim losses for Fire, and Water Damage
- Pays member's property insurance deductible not to exceed up to $1,500 per claim.
- Only one claim per annual contract term
- Member may use any contractor to do repairs
- Excludes Wind, Hail, Liability, Theft, Flood, Mold, Foundation, Asbestos, Acts of God, Terrorism/War, Personal Property, and other non-property damage claims
- Minimum of $5,000 in damage per claim
- Must have Replacement Cost Value on insurance policy
- All repairs must be completed before Tru-Gap pays out-of-pocket expenses
- Plan coverage begins on the the day of the plans approval from corporate and with payment in full
- Tru-Gap Protection is not an insurance policy, but works in conjunction with an insurance policy.
Process:

What to do when a claim occurs:
- In the event you have water damage, call Clayton Anderson Restoration (CAR) immediately to stop damage and begin water extraction. Clayton Anderson Restoration 817-477-9494
- In the event of a Fire, call 911, followed by your insurance agent and then Tru-Gap to make them aware of your damage.
- Once your insurance adjuster has assessed the damage and you have your claim paperwork, call Tru-Gap and provide Tru-Gap with a certified copy of your claim paperwork.
- Member's contractor of choice completes repairs for your property claim. Member submits a signed Certificate of Completion along with an invoice from the contractor
- Tru-Gap will pay the out-of-pocket expenses as contracted and agreed upon for out-of-network members.
